BD Diesel's exhaust manifolds for the Ford 6.7L are designed to address common failures by using heavy-duty 0.275" thick-walled Hi-Silicon ductile casting, making them 75% thicker to prevent cracking from high exhaust temperatures. These manifolds feature improved thermal durability with longer exhaust studs, spacers, and thicker, more durable machined bolting flanges. Fully EGR compatible, BD Diesel's exhaust manifold set offers a reliable and durable replacement, providing peace of mind for Ford 6.7L owners.
