Fitment Note
This kit is designed for AWD Outback models. BC Racing lists a typical lowering range of about 1 to 2 inches. It is a lowering coilover kit, not a lift kit, and factory ride height cannot be achieved on most applications.

Product Description
The BC Racing F-29 BR Series coilovers replace the factory struts and springs on the 2015-2019 Subaru Outback with a height-adjustable, mono-tube setup. Ride height is adjusted at the shock body instead of by compressing the spring, so you can set the stance you want without sacrificing spring preload just to lower the vehicle.
Damping is adjusted through a single 30-way knob that changes compression and rebound together. Start near the middle, drive the car, then make small adjustments from there. Softer settings work better for rougher streets, while firmer settings can help reduce body movement on smoother roads and through corners.
Setting Up Coilovers on Your 5th Gen Outback
It is best to set the final ride height with your wheels and tires installed, then get an alignment once the suspension has settled. Lowering an Outback can change rear camber and toe, so adjustable rear arms and end links can make it easier to get the alignment and sway bar position where you want them.
