Product Description

Improve the power and sound from your 1991-1999 Jeep 4.0L with these ceramic coated BBK Performance shorty headers. BBK Performance Jeep shorty headers will increase your exhaust flow giving you additional horsepower and torque. BBK shorty headers will give your 4.0L Jeep a throaty exhaust note. The durable ceramic coated finish holds in heat, reducing underhood temperatures and increasing power.
Top Quality Construction
BBK Jeep shorty headers are made from 1-1/2" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges. The large diameter primary tube design creates unrestricted airflow for ultimate horsepower gains. Not only will these headers flow better than stock, they help address the poor scavenging performance that the factory cast iron manifolds are notorious for. These headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.
Easy Installation
These Jeep 4.0L shorty headers are designed as a direct bolt on for easy installation on your Wrangler, Cherokee or Grand Cherokee. For use with factory or any aftermarket catback exhaust. Kit includes new gaskets and all required hardware.

This part is NOT C.A.R.B Approved and cannot be installed for use on any emission controlled vehicle in California.
