Product Description

The Banks PedalMonster gives your 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra a more immediate and adjustable throttle feel. It does not add horsepower or change the truck’s tune. Instead, it uses real-time OBD data to change how the existing power is delivered when you press the pedal.

That matters on a 3rd Gen Tundra because a setting that feels good while merging onto the freeway can be too sharp when you are creeping through traffic, backing up, or driving off-road. PedalMonster separates those two situations. Pick one of 30 Torque Response Curves for the midrange, then use the five-level Launch Trim setting to calm the first few feet of pedal travel at low speed.

Unlike a basic pedal box that only alters pedal signal, PedalMonster communicates through the OBD port and uses fused 12V power. Banks ActiveSafety monitors the system and returns throttle response to stock if a fault is detected. Reverse Safety does the same when the truck is in reverse.

Which Kit Makes Sense for Your Tundra?

Choose the Standalone kit if you want PedalMonster control through your phone and do not plan to run an iDash display. Choose the Upgrade Kit only if you already have a compatible iDash or are buying one separately. The iDash Pro and iDash Data Pro bundles are the better fit if you want physical in-cab control and live vehicle data, with the Data Pro version adding data logging.

It is also worth starting with a milder setting and spending a few drives getting used to it. Most Tundra owners will want a sharper response without making the truck feel jumpy in parking lots, traffic, or while towing.
