Product Description
The AWE 0FG catback exhaust gives the 3rd Gen Toyota Tundra’s 3.4L twin-turbo V6 a fuller, deeper exhaust note while keeping the cabin comfortable during steady-speed highway driving. It fits both the standard i-FORCE gas engine and the i-FORCE MAX hybrid powertrain.
Dual 2.5-inch equal-length front pipes merge into a three-inch straight-through resonated midpipe. AWE’s patented 180 Technology targets the frequencies that cause exhaust drone, allowing the system to produce a stronger sound under acceleration without creating a constant low-frequency tone inside the truck while cruising.
The complete system is constructed from CNC mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel with factory-matched inlet flanges. Extension pipes for the supported 145.7-inch and 157.7-inch wheelbases are included, so the system can be installed on compatible CrewMax and Double Cab configurations without cutting.
BashGuard or Dual Tips?
- BashGuard: Best for off-road trucks where departure clearance matters. The exhaust terminates after the rear axle and uses a reinforced 0.125-inch-thick stainless steel outlet ring. It is tucked high beneath the truck rather than extending toward the bumper.
- Dual Chrome Silver Tips: Uses two adjustable 4.5-inch double-wall slash-cut tips with a polished silver finish. The tips exit in the factory location at the left side of the rear bumper.
- Dual Diamond Black Tips: Uses the same adjustable 4.5-inch double-wall design with AWE’s darker Diamond Black finish.
The BashGuard and dual-tip configurations use the same core 0FG exhaust design. Choose based on whether you prefer maximum rear clearance or a visible finished exhaust outlet.
