Even more dynamically elegant, the G80 M3 V1 elevated rear trunk spoiler, constructed of 100 percent carbon fiber, highlights the car's unique appearance featuring an elevated 'kick' and ensures optimized aerodynamic qualities. Visually and technologically, the rear spoiler is perfectly composed and tailored to the vehicle design. AutoTecknic's production team meticulously handcrafts the high-quality carbon fiber spoiler that has a subtle overall appearance yet is slightly more aggressive than the OEM G80 spoiler.
Our carbon fiber products are constructed with a consistent carbon weave pattern. Made with AutoTecknic's signature autoclave dry carbon technology, our products offer a perfect fit and finish.
Dry carbon is the highest-quality version of carbon fiber products that are produced. Dry carbon fiber's name comes from its manufacturing process. Dry carbon fiber is formed using a "pre-preg" or impregnated piece of carbon materials. This piece of carbon is first placed into a mold and then into a sealed vacuum (autoclave) to properly cure. This method creates the least amount of waste and forms a lighter version of carbon than the "wet" method. The autoclave vacuuming process of making dry carbon means fewer pinholes and virtually no air pockets in the carbon.
