Each wind deflector is manufactured using multiple layers of pre-impregnated (pre-preg) carbon fiber, bonded together and cured in an autoclave under controlled heat and pressure.

Each unit is finished with a high-gloss automotive clear coat for superior UV resistance and lasting shine.
