The red light bar and sequential amber turn signal are the two details that immediately set these apart from the stock 4Runner tail lights. The sequential turn sweeps forward to back rather than illuminating all at once, which is a noticeably different look that tends to be one of the first things people notice when they follow a 4Runner with these installed. The smoke lens and black housing work particularly well on darker exterior colors like Midnight Black Metallic or Magnetic Gray, and they clear up that red-heavy stock look that the factory housings have. These are SAE and DOT compliant and fully street legal. Reverse bulbs are not included but your existing factory reverse bulbs transfer directly into the new housings during installation.
