Product Description
The aFe MACH Force-Xp axle-back exhaust gives your Giulia 2.0T a stronger, more aggressive exhaust note while retaining the clean appearance of the factory rear bumper outlets. It replaces the restrictive rear exhaust section with mandrel-bent 304 stainless tubing that transitions from a 3-inch inlet into dual 2.5-inch outlets.
An integrated mitered merge collector helps reduce turbulence and maintain exhaust velocity through the split. On aFe’s in-house dyno, the system produced gains of up to 10 horsepower and 12 lb-ft of torque. The result is a more responsive exhaust setup with a pronounced sound under acceleration.
The system uses factory-style hangers and connects without cutting or permanent modification. Its 304 stainless construction and fully MIG-welded joints are designed to handle long-term street use while resisting corrosion.
What This System Replaces
This is an axle-back exhaust that replaces the rear exhaust and muffler section of your Giulia. It retains the factory front exhaust components, emissions equipment and rear bumper exhaust outlets. It is not a complete exhaust system from the catalytic converter back.
Before You Buy
- Confirm that your Giulia has the 2.0L turbocharged inline-four engine and rear-wheel drive.
- Do not order this system for an AWD/Q4 Giulia or a Quadrifoglio.
- This system is designed to use the factory bumper outlets rather than separate exposed exhaust tips.
- Inspect the factory sleeve clamp and rubber isolation mounts before installation.
- Align the complete system before fully tightening the clamps and fasteners.
- Check for adequate clearance around wiring, hoses, brake lines, body panels and suspension components.
- Recheck and tighten the clamps and mounting hardware after approximately 50-100 miles.
- Professional installation is recommended.
