Fitment Note: This intercooler fits all TNGA-F platform Toyotas listed above across gas and i-FORCE MAX hybrid powertrains. It replaces the factory top-mount intercooler with a front-mount bar-and-plate unit that fills the entire grille opening. No cutting or drilling required. All factory sensors, the crash bar, and the active grille shutters are retained.

- Dyno-proven gains of up to 15.5 HP and 14.4 lb-ft of torque on the 2024 Tacoma SR5 with intercooler only installed
- Peak output: 264.10 HP and 302.97 lb-ft of torque (up from 248.60 HP stock)
- Bar-and-plate aluminum core, approximately 16% more volume than stock
- Pressure drop: 1.2 psi versus 2.4 psi stock, a 50% reduction in restriction
- Reduces turbo outlet temperatures by 48°F
- Reduces post-intercooler intake air temperatures by 14°F
- Full-width design fills the entire grille opening for maximum cooling surface area
- CNC-machined cast aluminum end tanks, pressure tested to 2x factory boost levels
- Silver heat-dissipating coating blends behind the grille and resists corrosion
- Retains all factory sensors, crash bar, and active grille shutters

- Dyno tested and proven on SXTH's in-house fleet of TNGA-F platform vehicles

The factory TNGA-F intercooler is a top-mount tube-and-fin unit. It works fine in normal conditions but heat soaks under sustained load — towing, trail driving in high ambient temperatures, or back-to-back hard pulls. The SXTH replaces it with a front-mount bar-and-plate core that sits in the grille opening and gets direct airflow rather than sitting above the engine soaking up heat. The 16% volume increase and the 50% reduction in pressure drop are meaningful numbers, and the 15.5 HP and 14.4 lb-ft gains on a stock Tacoma SR5 are from a controlled dyno session with the intercooler isolated as the only variable. The bar-and-plate construction also handles trail use better than tube-and-fin since it's less vulnerable to fin damage from debris.
