Product Description
The SXTH Element 2.5T CPLT Intake gives the Kia K5 GT and Hyundai Sonata N-Line a complete replacement for the restrictive factory airbox and intake tract. CPLT is SXTH shorthand for complete, which is exactly what this system delivers: a larger intake path, a closed airbox, and a molded inlet tube designed specifically around the 2.5T engine bay.
The rotomolded XLPE airbox is lightweight, durable, and resistant to underhood temperatures. Its clear lid makes it easy to inspect the filter without disassembling the system, while the 3.5-inch intake tube gives the turbocharger a less restrictive path to draw air from. It is a clean OEM-style upgrade for drivers who want a more purposeful intake system without converting to an open-element setup.
Before You Buy
This intake is intended only for the 2.5T Kia K5 GT and Hyundai Sonata N-Line. On certain 2024-2026 models, Hyundai and Kia added a crankcase-ventilation sensor that may trigger a check-engine light after installation. SXTH states that this is an emissions-related code caused by the increased intake flow and does not affect normal engine operation, but it is important to understand before ordering. This intake is also not CARB legal for street use in California.
