Akrapovic brings added power and refined sound to the 2019+ Mercedes-Benz G 500/G 550/G 63 AMG (W463A) with its Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system. 

The Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system for the Mercedes-Benz G 500/G 550/G 63 AMG (W463A) is constructed of high-grade, durable, lightweight titanium, making the system 45% lighter than the stock system without sacrificing durability. This exhaust system is finished with dual side-exit tailpipes – designed and fabricated in-house by Akrapovic – complementing the truck's angular, rugged look, perfectly routed to fit within limited space. A pair of exhaust valves behind the rear mufflers are actuated by the included sound kit, providing optimal control of the exhaust tone. The Evolution Line system delivers a unique sound that is distinctly deeper, especially while accelerating and shifting. Power and torque levels are increased through the entire rpm range, with recorded gains of 11 horsepower at 4,500 RPM and 14 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 RPM over the stock exhaust system.

Fitment Notes: 

• For mounting Akrapovic Evolution Line exhaust S-ME/TI/5 on Mercedes-Benz G 500/G 550 the car has to be equipped with the Mercedes stainless steel package (code PA3) or step boards on the left and right sides (code T84 or T86 or T87).
• In addition to the Akrapovic fitting kit P-HF1225, the following additional original Mercedes-Benz parts have to be bought:
  • A 901 492 00 44 (QTY 4)
  • A 463 490 05 02 (QTY 1)
  • A 463 490 06 02 (QTY 1)
