Our 2005 Silver Gray BMW E46 M3 with 18" CCW Classic Wheels

Our 2005 BMW E46 M3 just received a bit of an upgrade - CCW Classic Wheels.

When I saw these wheels posted on a few facebook groups by the old owner, I fell in love with them.  These are unique, lightweight wheels that you just almost never see on the E46 M3.

I messaged the old owner of these wheels and asked him if he ever considers to sell these CCW's to let me know.  Turned out he was a great guy, so we struck up good conversation and kept in touch.

One day I received the message "If you want these wheels, they're yours.  I decided to sell them".  YES!

I told him I will drive down to Southern California from Northern California and pick them up ASAP.  And I did just that - two days later.

CCW Wheels Specs:

I did have to have the rear fenders trimmed a bit for these really wide wheels to fit without rubbing.  I think it turned out great, I'm super happy with the look.  I think these CCW Classics fit the E46 M3 body just right.

The rear tires had a nail in one of them when I bought it, so I bought two new rear tires.  When the fronts need to be replaced, I think I am going to see if I can go 255 or maybe 265 wide.  However, these are my street wheels, so I think I might just leave it as is.  My track wheels are 275/35/18 square.

Now that I have the stance the way I like (using Eibach Pro-Street Coilovers) I'm going to start focusing on some interior modifications.  Stay tuned for more on our project E46 M3!
