Chase Bays's Tucked Radiator for Nissan 240sx Silvia S chassis and Skyline R32 optimizes engine bay space, enhances aesthetics, and improves cooling. With greater fluid capacity, direct airflow, and a dual-pass design, it replaces 8 inches of length with increased width and thickness. Track-tested for nearly a decade, it's a favorite in show-winning engine bays. Designed to fit snugly under the core support, it supports two 12" fans and requires minimal chassis cutting. The absence of a full shroud, replaced by integrated fan brackets, boosts cooling efficiency and reduces cost by $175. Equipped with high-powered 12" Chase Bays Ultra Duty Fans (3,400 CFM total), it ensures superior cooling with each fan on its own relay. The radiator features modular inlet/outlet and reversible orientation, with -20AN female threads for adaptable fittings. Recommended inlet/outlet sizes are based on engine types, avoiding flow restrictions. A new fill point is necessary due to the lower radiator position, with options for an inline filler neck or Chase Bays Raised Modular Filler Neck. The dual-pass design ensures twice the cooling efficiency, with inlet/outlet on the same side and separate end tanks to direct flow. Mounting is achieved with L brackets, and factory hoses are replaced by custom silicone hose bends and Gates Heat Shrink Clamps. Each radiator is pressure tested to 30psi, ensuring reliability.
